Welcome to Dukasasa! 🎉
Let’s get your store up and running. Follow these simple steps to start selling online today — no coding, no stress.

✅ Step 1: Sign Up for an Account

1. Head over to get.dukasasa.co.ke

2. Click on “Get Started” or “Select Plan”

3. Fill in your name, email, and password

4. Confirm your email and you’re in!

🔐 Tip: Use a strong password to keep your store secure.

🛍️ Step 2: Set Up Your Store Details

On Step 3 :

• Enter your store name

Choose your store URL (e.g. mystore.dukasasa.co.ke)

Once logged in and your store is Initialized,

• Head over to catalog, add your business category (fashion, electronics, handmade, etc.)

• Choose your currency and language

🎨 You can change these settings anytime from your dashboard.

🎨 Step 3: Customize Your Store

Make it yours!

1. Customize your logo, colors, fonts, banners, and homepage layout

2. Add your brand’s social media links

📱 Your store is automatically mobile-friendly, so it looks great everywhere.

📦 Step 4: Add Your Products

1. Go to Products → Add New

2. Fill in:

   • Product name

   • Description

   • Price

   • Stock quantity

   • Category

   • Product images

3. (Optional) Add variations (sizes, colors) or digital download files

🖼️ Good product photos = more sales. Upload clear, high-quality images.

💳 Step 5: Set Up Payments

Get paid your way:

1. Go to Settings → Payments

2. Choose and connect your preferred method (e.g. Mpesa / Card)

3. Add any payment instructions if needed

🚚 Step 6: Set Up Shipping

1. Go to Settings → Shipping

2. Define your delivery zones (local, national, international)

3. Set shipping rates (flat rate, free shipping, weight-based, etc.)

4. Add estimated delivery times

🧾 Step 7: Customize Your Store Pages

1. Add important pages like:

   • About Us

   • Contact

   • Return Policy

   • FAQs

2. Go to Pages → Add New to create these easily.

Once everything looks good:

• Make Sure to Save ALL your Changes

• Share your link on social media, WhatsApp, or email

• Start marketing with coupons, SEO, or email tools from your dashboard
