2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

a) First-Time Users – 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.

b) Billing Errors

  • Downtime or technical issues not caused by our platform (e.g. third-party service interruptions, poor internet connectivity)

6. Plan Downgrades or Cancellations

  • If you downgrade your plan, the new pricing will apply from your next billing cycle.

  • If you cancel, your current subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
